House impeaches Trump AGAIN

House impeaches Trump alleging that he incited the insurrection.

Ultimately, Congress might remove and disqualify Trump from office, not because he is unfit, and not because his continuance in office represents a danger to the Republic. It may do so because he has attempted to use force to overthrow the constitutional order, and system of government.

More than a year ago, all House Republicans voted against the president’s first impeachment. On Wednesday, 10 GOP members joined with all Democrats to impeach Trump, some of whom were the sole representative from their state’s delegation to vote that way.

The final vote was 232 to 197, with 10 Republicans joining all 222 Democrats in supporting a single article of impeachment charging the president with “incitement of insurrection.”

“We know that the president of the United State incited this insurrection, this armed rebellion, against our common country,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said ahead of the vote. “He must go. He is a clear and present danger to the nation that we all love.”
